My Role as the CEO in Total Therapy Rehab Clinic

My name is Logan Anderson and I will be the CEO of the Total Therapy Rehab Clinic. My job will be to combine my personal brand with my three other partners’ brands in order to create a unified brand for our company. It will also be my responsibility to combine the efforts of the CFO, COO, and the CMO to create an efficient business. I am currently a Kinesiology major at the University of Tennessee. I have played sports all of my life and I have an interest in helping athletes reach their full potential. I will be communicating with our clients and insuring that they are satisfied with the care they are receiving at TTRC.

My Role as the CMO in Total Therapy Rehab Clinic

It is my job as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is to Spread the news about our business. It is my job to connect with the community, and becoming a presence in the community. Our rehab clinic is one of a kind, and that is what we are trying to show people. our rehab clinic is a one stop shop for surgery, rehab, and athletic training to get patients back in the game. Our product is a product that sells itself, it is just my job to make sure people in the community know about it.

Once the clinic gets going my job will be to keep track of purchases, employee payment and revenue. I am a Kinesiology major and have a passion for physical therapy. When I am not working with the finances, I will be interacting with the patients and helping with the physical therapy and personal training.

My Role as the COO in Total Therapy Rehab Clinic

My role in designing this business is to serve as a COO, detailing the extent of our services, which could include orthopedic surgery, types of therapy specialization, and workout/training regimens. My desire to be a physical therapist after all school is done is also playing into this role, and I am intrigued by the idea of creating my own therapeutic rehab processes. My vision of therapy is free flowing, not ever rehabbing any injury the exact same way as another, while also being creative and fun with the therapy itself. Enjoying therapy is a thing that is hard for lots of patients who simply want to recover. By motivating and stimulating their mind, recovery can be made more fully and perhaps a future injury could be prevented.
