Personal Training and Training Tips

 

Personal Training is another service offered here at TTRC. Once an athlete has completed their rehabilitation process, they can then begin their training regimen. The goal of our personal trainers is to strengthen the athletes but also to help prevent future injuries.

​Our personal trainers will design sport specific workouts for our athletes so that they can perform at the highest level in their respective sports.

 

 

We have a state of the art weight room where athletes will work on increasing size, stamina, and strength.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We also have a full sized indoor football field and basketball court where athletes can work on agility, speed, flexibility, as well as sport specific skills.
